Terms of Business

These Terms of Business apply to all services provided by LC Virtual.

By engaging LC Virtual, you agree to these terms.

Services

LC Virtual provides virtual administration and organisational support services, including, but not limited to:

​

  • Email and diary management

  • Document and file organisation

  • Client communication support

  • General administrative assistance

  • CRM updates and data entry

  • Business support tasks as agreed

 

Specific services and scope of work will be agreed before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and instructions

  • Supply access to systems, software or documents where required

  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

  • Review completed work promptly

 

LC Virtual is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or lack of access to required systems.

​

Fees and Payment

Fees will be agreed before work commences.

Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in work being paused until payment has been received.

All prices are quoted in GBP.

LC Virtual reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Confidentiality

LC Virtual understands the importance of confidentiality.

All client information, documents and business details will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with the client's permission.

Data Protection

LC Virtual complies with applicable UK data protection legislation, including UK GDPR.

Personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing services and managing client relationships.

Limitation of Liability

LC Virtual will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing services.

However, LC Virtual shall not be liable for:

​

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Errors resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the client

  • Technical issues outside of reasonable control

Decisions made by the client based on advice, information or completed work remain the client's responsibility.

​

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing 14 days' written notice.

Any work completed up to the termination date will remain payable.

​

Immediate termination may occur in cases of non-payment, abusive behaviour or breach of these terms.

​

Changes to Services

LC Virtual reserves the right to amend services, pricing or these terms when necessary.

Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
